I’m excited to introduce our first activity in the “Mind Matters” weekly challenge series, and we’re kicking off tonight! 🎉

This week, we’re doing the Gratitude Jar Challenge. The goal is simple: each day, write down one thing you’re grateful for. It can be something small or something big—whatever has made your day a little brighter. At the end of the week (this Sunday), we’ll all share one item from our gratitude jars with the group.

Here’s how it works:

Create your “Gratitude Jar”—this can be a jar, notebook, or even a digital note on your phone.
Each day, write down something you’re grateful for and place it in the jar.
On Sunday, we’ll all share one of our gratitude notes in the group and reflect on how this practice affected our week.
This is a great way to focus on the positive things in our lives, no matter how small. Let’s start this journey of growth and support together!
