Mashujaa Day Address to the WEMA Family

Dear WEMA PSYCHOSOL Team and Partners,

Today, as we commemorate Mashujaa Day, I want to take this opportunity to celebrate and honor each one of you who has played an instrumental role in the growth and success of WEMA PSYCHOSOL. This day is dedicated to heroes, and I can proudly say that I’m surrounded by a team of extraordinary heroes—those who have devoted themselves to our shared mission of transforming lives and improving mental health.

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest appreciation to our leadership team.

Jane Macharia, our Chief Board Advisor, your wisdom and strategic direction have been the cornerstone of our journey. You’ve guided us with unwavering grace and insight, ensuring we remain true to our mission even in the toughest times.

Eric Muriuki, our Economic Advisor. Your financial acumen has been essential to keeping us grounded and sustainable, especially as we continue to expand our reach.

Melvin Nalemkitoe, our Administrative Secretary, your attention to detail and dedication keep WEMA PSYCHOSOL running smoothly. You are the glue that holds everything together, ensuring that we stay on track and organized.

Miss Kinya Nina, our Chief Psychologist, your compassion and commitment to mental health care have provided much-needed support to our beneficiaries. The healing and hope you bring are at the heart of our work.

Edwin Gichuhi, our IT Manager. Thank you for ensuring we are always connected, efficient, and able to reach those who need us most through technology.

I also want to recognize Mrs. Josephine and Mr. Enoch, two of our most dedicated psychologists. Your expertise and care in working with our clients are making a tangible difference in people’s lives. Your work is not just about therapy; it’s about creating lasting change in the communities we serve.

To Pastor Perry, your spiritual support and kindness in hosting our mental health campaigns have been invaluable. You’ve provided us with a platform to reach those in need, and your unwavering belief in our mission continues to fuel our passion. Thank you for being a beacon of light in this journey.

A very special recognition goes to Mrs. Pauline, our most generous donor and supporter. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel for all you have done for WEMA PSYCHOSOL. Your financial support and your belief in our vision have made it possible for us to reach new heights. You have not only helped build this organization, but you have also touched countless lives with your generosity. You are truly the heartbeat of WEMA PSYCHOSOL, and we are forever grateful for your constant encouragement and belief in our mission.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Guru Nanak Hospital for partnering with us in our mental health programs. Your medical expertise and consultancy services have been a tremendous asset, allowing us to provide holistic care to our community. Together, we have made an impact, and we look forward to continuing this journey with you.

To all the members of WEMA PSYCHOSOL, you are the real heroes of this organization. Each one of you has contributed to our success in ways big and small. Whether it’s through your time, your effort, or your passion, you have made WEMA PSYCHOSOL the incredible organization it is today. Every meeting, every campaign, and every program would not have been possible without your dedication and hard work. You are all heroes in the truest sense of the word.

As we continue this journey, I am filled with hope and excitement for the future. Together, we are making a difference, one life at a time. On this Mashujaa Day, let us celebrate our collective achievements and look forward to the many great things we will accomplish in the days ahead.

Thank you, heroes, for your courage, your dedication, and your unwavering commitment to WEMA PSYCHOSOL’s mission.

Happy Mashujaa Day! With heartfelt gratitude,
Hosea Long’iro
